Jared Lichtin is a real estate investor and podcaster who previously worked as a lawyer for the oil and gas industry in Appalachia, near his home in Northwest Ohio. He realized the uncertainty of his work in titling and deeding properties for the volatile industry and decided to start flipping houses. His first few projects proved profitable so he continues to buy and flip and then podcast about it.
