Jason welcomes guest expert, Frances Donald the Senior Economist at Manulife Asset Management and Chief Economist at John Hancock Financial Services. Frances is a wealth of information as she shares CEO, consumer and investor sentiment numbers with regards to the housing market and the job market. Jason can’t seem to pin Frances down on whether or not Trump, our first real estate president, is responsible for the growing economy but she does acknowledge the stock market is rallying based on the promised policy changes.
